Return & Exchange Policy

At Kidulan, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product was delivered, you are eligible for an exchange or a refund. Items must be returned to any KidCS outlet or mailed back within 48 hours of delivery, along with the original invoice or order confirmation. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, socks, hair accessories, and personalized or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are proven to be defective from the manufacturer.

In the event of an incorrect product detail or price displayed on our website, our team will reach out to you to correct the issue or arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.

Please note that items that are correctly delivered and non-defective are not eligible for exchange or refund. We recommend checking the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales are non-returnable. However, if a product from a promotional sale is found defective due to a supplier or manufacturing issue, it will be replaced with the same product after verification that the defect was not caused by improper handling.

All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
